This policy explains how Educating Excellence Group ("EEG", "we") handles the personal information you provide when applying to the Three Seats at the Table campaign.
Your name, email address, mobile number, town or city, age range, any optional link you provide, details about your business or idea, your written answers, and the pitch video you upload or link to. We also record the consents you give on the form.
To assess your application, to contact you about it, and — where you have given optional consent — to send you news of future EEG opportunities. We do not sell your information.
Applications and uploaded videos are stored privately in EEG's secure systems. They are not published and are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people at EEG involved in reviewing applications.
We keep applications for as long as needed to run and review the campaign and any resulting support, after which they are deleted unless you have asked to stay in contact.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@educatingexcellence.co.uk.
